This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Dumirieh student portal, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to run the platform.
Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, target exam, and target exam date. As you use the portal we store study activity such as schedules, focus sessions, flashcard reviews, and progress so we can power your dashboard and analytics.
How we use your information
We use your data to authenticate you, tailor your study schedule and content to your exam, track your progress, and provide mentorship and support. We do not sell your personal data.
Storage and security
Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase and Cloudflare) and protected by access controls. Uploaded files such as avatars and score reports are stored privately and shared only as needed to operate the service.
Your rights
You can view and edit your profile information at any time from your account page. To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account, contact us using the email below.
