Dumirieh provides educational tools and mentorship to help medical students and graduates prepare for the USMLE — including study schedules, focus tracking, flashcards, progress analytics, and guidance from Dr. Dumirieh. The service is educational. We may change, add, or discontinue features at any time.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared. The portal is intended for adults; if you are under 18 you may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Dumirieh is provided solely for educational purposes. We help you prepare and build a strategy, but we do not promise, warrant, or guarantee any particular outcome, including USMLE scores, residency interviews, a successful Match, visa sponsorship, or employment.

Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — your academic record, effort, test-taking ability, program decisions, and policies of bodies such as the USMLE, NBME, ECFMG, ERAS, and NRMP. Guidance from mentors is informed opinion, not a guarantee, and other advisors may reasonably disagree. You are responsible for acting on any advice and for verifying deadlines and eligibility directly with the official sources. Nothing here creates a medical, legal, immigration, or financial-advice relationship.

The portal and its content are for your personal USMLE preparation. You agree not to:

• copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share platform content;
• share, sell, or transfer your account or login credentials;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract content;
• disrupt the service, upload malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules — without refund — and may take further action where warranted.

All content on the platform — including schedules, question banks, flashcards, notes, videos, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Dumirieh and protected by intellectual-property law. You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use it while your access is active. Any content you upload remains yours, but you grant us permission to store and process it as needed to operate the service.

Access to paid tiers and mentorship may be arranged directly with Dr. Dumirieh or purchased online. Where access is purchased through an online subscription, it may renew automatically until you cancel, and a failed payment may suspend your access. Prices and plan features may change. The free tier and educational content are provided as guidance and may be adjusted over time.

All sales are final and payments are non-refundable, unless a specific offer explicitly states otherwise in writing. Where a refund is issued at our discretion, any third-party payment-processing fees are not refundable.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dumirieh and Dr. Dumirieh will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dumirieh and Dr. Dumirieh from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. On termination, your license to use the platform and its content ends immediately.

USMLE®, NBME®, COMLEX-USA®, NRMP®, ECFMG®, and ERAS® are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Dumirieh is an independent educational service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these organizations.

The platform relies on third-party providers (such as Supabase and Cloudflare), described in our Privacy Policy, and may link to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

These terms are governed by the applicable law of the place where Dumirieh operates. If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at the email below so we can try to resolve it informally before any formal action is taken.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the portal after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
