How does enrollment start?
Enrollment starts with a review of your preparation details, exam timeline, and goals. You will receive follow-up with the next steps for your plan.
How quickly will I receive my study plan?
Within 48 hours of your enrollment submission. Your plan is built manually by your mentor, not generated automatically and delivered in the study platform with reactive tasks, daily goals and more.
I am far from my exam. Is it too early to start?
The earlier you start with a structured plan, the better your preparation compounds over time. Students who start 6–8 months out consistently reach higher scores than those who compress preparation into 2–3 months. It is never too early.
What if I miss sessions or fall behind?
Don't worry, our adaptive study plans are built to handle occasional setbacks. During your 1:1 sessions, we'll adjust your schedule to keep you moving forward. We simply ask that you stay consistent and keep us informed. Extended inactivity (around one month without communication) may lead to your mentorship being discontinued.
Can I cancel my plan?
payments are final and non-refundable. If you have any questions before enrolling, we're happy to help you decide if the program is the right fit.. You can cancel at any time after completing your initial plan period. There are no lock-ins beyond the commitment period you selected at enrollment.
Do you work with Step 1 and Step 2 CK students?
Yes — both. The preparation approaches are fundamentally different between Step 1 and Step 2 CK, and Dr. Dumirieh has personal first-hand experience with both exams, having passed Step 1 in 5 months and scoring 260+ on Step 2 CK.
What resources do I need to have?
Your study plan is tailored to the resources you already use and feel comfortable with. We'll optimize your schedule around them and recommend additional resources only when needed.
Is this only for Egyptian or Arab students?
No. We work with IMGs from any country. Dr. Dumirieh has Mentored students from Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Sudan, Pakistan, and beyond. Sessions are conducted in English or Arabic based on your preference.
Can I join with a friend?
Absolutely! Many students join with a study partner. Our platform even includes study partner comparison, allowing you to compare progress, stay accountable, and motivate each other throughout your preparation.
How do I pay?
Payments are made via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash — full instructions are on the payment page after you choose a plan. For mentorship plans you pay after your intake is reviewed and confirmed, not before. No international payment methods are available at the moment.
What platform are the mentorship sessions held on?
Sessions are held on Zoom or Google Meet — whichever works better for you — in English or Arabic, and scheduled around your timezone.
What is the difference between Core and Intensive?
Frequency and priority. Core includes 2 live 1-on-1 sessions per month with biweekly plan adjustments. Intensive includes 4 sessions per month, weekly plan adjustments, and priority async support — and it is limited to a few seats per cohort.
Is the study platform included in mentorship?
Yes. Every mentorship plan includes full access to the Dumirieh Study Platform — the daily goal engine, error log, progress and stats dashboard, and unlimited flashcards.
Is there a free trial of the platform?
Yes. Every new account starts with 14 days of full platform access — no payment needed. When the trial ends you keep the free tools (template schedule, pomodoro timer, 100 flashcards, leaderboard) and none of your data is deleted.
What happens if my exam date moves?
Your schedule is re-fit to the new date — the plan engine rebalances your remaining work, and on mentorship plans your mentor adjusts the strategy with you. Mentorship can also be paused if life gets in the way.
